These exercises need to be very specific to each case and are intended for the patients of We Care Chiropractic. If you are not a patient of Dr Spence Jahner D.C. you should not preform any of these exercises and they will cause harm to you. If you ARE a patient, please make sure you ONLY DO THE EXERCISES THAT ARE SPECIFIC TO YOUR TEST RESULTS that We Care Chiropractic has given you.
